  • Eligibility: The Site is intended for users of all ages, but children under the age of 13 must have parental consent to use the Site.
  • Content: All content provided on the Site is for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time without notice.

  1. DC SCORES SMS Messaging
  • By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from DC SCORES. Messages may include event logistics and check-in information, bidding and paddle raise prompts during DC SCORES events, donation confirmations and receipts, and occasional updates about DC SCORES programs and events. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of donating to, registering for, or attending any DC SCORES program or event.
  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, you may receive an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or 202-393-6999.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 10 messages per event or campaign. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

DC SCORES shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using the Site.
