One Night One Goal

DC SCORES is celebrating our 30th anniversary and we’re excited for you to join the party! If you’re attending the event, be sure to check out our FAQs page for all the information you need to know before you go!

One Night One Goal, our biggest annual fundraiser, is returning to Audi Field on October 17, 2024, and it’s going to be our best one yet! Join us for a night of mingling with your favorite D.C. United and Washington Spirit players, enjoying performances from some of the DMV’s top artists, bidding on one-of-a-kind auction items, sampling free food and beverages, and marking three decades of impact on young people in the District!

All proceeds will go towards our mission of empowering youth to lead healthy lives, be engaged students, and have the confidence and character to make a difference in the world.

Program

6:00PM : One Night One Goal begins

Head to the Events DC Club to receive your unique 30th anniversary pin, enjoy a champagne toast looking out over Audi Field, check out live cleat painting by visionary artist Trap Bob, and strut your stuff at our 360 Photo Booth!

7:20PM : Drumming Performance

by Malik DOPE, virtuoso percussionist and America’s Got Talent semi-finalist

7:30PM : Welcome Poem

by Charity Blackwell, award-winning spoken word artist and DC SCORES’ Chief of Arts and Culture

7:35PM : Opening Remarks

by Britt Waters, 7News DC and Good Morning Washington Anchor, and One Night One Goal emcee

7:40PM : Executive Director Recognition and Legacy Award Presentation

Join us in celebrating the women who have led DC SCORES throughout our 30-year history! We will also present the first-ever DC SCORES Legacy Award to our founder, Julie Kennedy.

7:45PM : Live Auction Begins

Co-hosted by DC SCORES Board Members Steven Birnbaum, former D.C. United captain; Ashley Hatch, Washington Spirit forward; and Devin Talbott; founder of Enlightenment Capital.

8:10PM : Closing Remarks

Performers

Enjoy performances of some of the best local artists from the District’s creative scene!

D.C. native and America’s Got Talent semi-finalist Malik DOPE promises to wow the crowd with a virtuoso drumming performance. Multidisciplinary artist Trap Bob, fresh off designing DC SCORES’ 30th anniversary logo, will be live painting cleats in her signature style. Finally, award-winning spoken-word artist and DC SCORES’ own Chief of Arts and Culture Charity Blackwell will share an exclusive reading of a signature poem celebrating DC SCORES’ 30 years of programming.

Silent Auction

Support thousands of D.C. kids and score some one-of-a-kind soccer memorabilia and experiences! Our silent auction is now live, and includes a signed Erling Haaland Manchester City F.C. jersey, an Arsenal Women F.C. team-signed jersey, a Washington Spirit jersey signed by Olympic gold medallist and 2024 Ballon d’Or Féminin nominee Trinity Rodman, and so much more!
